The software was developed to assist an Irrigation Engineer for the Irrigation Project. It as developed for the sister concerned company as well as other consultants of this type of Irrigation Project. It was developed such that it prepares total lay out of the canal network from distributory level to end users. It provides canal bed levels, full supply levels, maximum flow levels etc. for each part of the canal from the available supply levels of main canal, different ground levels and contours of surrounding areas of the canal. Software also takes care for maximum number of beneficiary people as well as minimum cost of the canal. It tries to make a design of canal such that it uses only the necessary structures. It also suggest design of canal to engineer, but option to change this design is also provided using on line lay out of the canals. This software was a very effective tool for Irrigation Engineer.
