The project was developed to maintain all the appointment of patients. With full history of patient's present and previous treatment & payment. This package contains three main part 1)Patient,2)Treatment 3)Doctor/Therapy Master. By way of this initially we take full details for each part. Then Appointment of particular Patient for particular treatment is taken considering the availability of doctor/therapy. The appointment of Doctor/Therapy is allocated in advanced. The second part is payment in which again two part 1 part is of payment given by Patient and 2nd part payment donated by trust associated to this organization. So reports generated on basis of appointments available date wise/treatment wise/doctor wise .Also all the reports generated on the basis of payments received/remained with two separate columns of patient's amount & trust amount. Once appointment given , Patient when actual comes for treatment then remarks of doctor after treatment completes filled out so, total cycle of particular appointment .Also next follow-up date entered so reports on follow-ups also taken out. As well as Patient's History of treatment gets updated. With this simple entries Work done by each doctor/Therapist can be worked out on which their payment also can be done. Also efficiency of hospital worked out.
