Description :
This is external generalized utility developed for Overseas client (PARIS) This is just the same utility as Microsoft Outlook Express. But the only and major difference is " From this u can make mail merge to n numbers of clients as well as u can get message in inbox automatically to the group folder of send message if the message is inform of reply". User can modify the distinct string, incoming server, outgoing server for various groups. Each Groups having its own Inbox/Outbox, Trash Can/SENT ITEM folders. Also one common Inbox/Outbox/TRASH/SENT is there. Facility to use on windows NT/Win 98 type OS ie with the use of MAPI/Windows CDONUTS. Also incoming server, out going server, User Password, Reply Main distinguisher Character can be defined for each mail accounts. Here mail accounts means different categories in which it contains inbox; outbox; sent; draft; trash folder. All data stored into MDB files so can be re-covered easily.
Main Feature : Any no of category can be generated. If mailed received has no reply distinguisher character then goes to common inbox otherwise stored into inbox of specific category. For bulk mail generation once mail send starts from mail merge option it automatically sends the mail to the selected/all data of clients sent successfully then it stores as sent otherwise it transfers to outbox for sending in next session. This process continues till user terminates it or all the mail have been sent. Very usefull for small office bulk mailing solution as promotion of add or for transferring same mail to same nos of clients frequently.
