1.  Process for Development :- 

SRS – System Requisition Study:

Once the approval from client received, a project manager from Civic InfoTech plans the schedule with client for Detailed system Requisition Study. The project manager decides how to proceeds for development i.e.

[A ] Study on module basis ,develop the module test and deliver it till all the module finishes

[B] Study first whole project and then develop, test & deliver base.

Also the schedule to provide flow chart of Inputs / Outputs developed and given to client for approval. Any changes in between this is maintained as revision and also approval from client to be taken.

Database Design:

After completion of SRS(System Requisition Study) of whole project or on module basis the detailed data base according to requirement and future expansion study is developed.

Here Best suitable Backend is suggested by Civic InfoTech. But it is not mandatory to use the database/backend we suggest we can develop on any database provided by client too.

After SRS and Database Design completes actual development is process is define as below

•  How to develop?

•  On which platform/platforms – cross platforms development involved or not ?

•  Team allocated the work and time of development.

The Project is monitored very closely to ensure smooth and timely progress accomplish the goal. Periodic code reviews, process reviews are conducted to provide high quality of deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Review Of Project:

Schedule review by the client as per the SRS is done during the process cycle and changes suggested is incorporated with the developer team as per the instruction given by Project leader.

If changes suggested are out of SRS , then change request process takes place and project development time, cost etc. will be modified accordingly.
