Process after Order finalisation
3. Process For Implementation :-
As per the commitment Civic Infotech is like to give support for implementation at the client site .
During the implementation we take care of following :

| Testing and Varification of software |
Testing of software is done and verified by the EDP- Person from client side that software has been finished and developed as per the clients requirements.To reduce the error or misleading development. |
| Implimentation and Training |
As per the commitment we provide full training to the specified staff (mentioned in our quotation) along with the implementation of the software.
We provide training on how to implement/ install the software on different machines if required ( in case of window base) |
| Software Maintainance |
We provide traing to maintain Server ie to mainitain data server,backup, Password ,Provision of Rights on basis of Module /Entry / User / Year / audit lock etc.
We also guide EDP for Data flow ie backend database for future support to him. |
| Software Source Code Flow |
Souce code flow detailed study and Hand over of the software module in case of client opt for ownership of software. |
