4.  Process for Change Request other then SRS(system Study)

This is the most important part of project development life cycle. We further classified this section as :

[a] Changes Request during the Development/Testing / implementation

If the changes that affect the overall SRS and are of necessary in First phase of development then it has to be incorporated. But at the same time we modify our Quotation and specified the new time of delivery which may be / may not be affected for incorporating such changes. Also this change might alter the cost of project if so with the mutual consent of client only we revise the our offer. This two steps once accomplished then the change deliver to the project manager which in turn take care of the change to be incorporated into development.

[b] Changes Requested After the Implementation

This kind of change have two scope

[A] Ownership Of Software : If client has opted the ownership of code then the change inspecting the code weather it has been altered after handover to client or not .

[B] Condition of Support : During the time of the offer according to support in terms of development agreed by the client Civic InfoTech is bind to develop for that much duration. Above the stipulated time cost and duration will be considered and followed as new project. The cost factor might be different but all other development process will be consider as new project.
