When client doesn't need ownership of the software. We train the staff for |

1. How to install the software on server |
2. How to install data server and required basic software for running our product |
3. We also train them for taking regular backup and maintaining it on safe place. We schedules their backup. If the Server maintenance is with us this is our responsibility.

| 4. We train them for Backend Database Maintainace ie clearing of unnecessary data to make smooth line working .Also to avail certain control over usage. |
| 5. We provide Training for maintainace of Rights Module i.e. Authentication usage of software. |
| Software Developed on Basis of Ownership rights to be given to Client |
In this case we train clients' staff for 1 st point as well as for follows to the EDP or software professional of Client . |
1. We provide detailed hard copy and soft copy of software. |
2. We provide them detailed flow of source. |
| 3. We provide them copy of manuals if third party tools are used. |
